By using Spinn, you agree to these terms. Spinn is provided "as is", for running live giveaways from stream chat.

Use

You are responsible for the giveaways you create and for following the rules and terms of the platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube) and applicable law. Don’t use Spinn for unlawful or deceptive purposes.

Platform accounts

Sign-in happens through the streaming platforms. We connect your account only to identify you and read the public chat the giveaway needs, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The service may become unavailable or fail. We are not liable for losses arising from its use, including any downtime of the platforms’ APIs.
